Join InPost Group as a Senior Java Software Engineer for the InPost Logistic Solutions team! We aim to create scalable and reliable software solutions for logistics operations, connecting businesses, markets, and consumers to deliver a trusted customer experience for parcel delivery.
We seek experienced software professionals to help build scalable systems using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka Streams, PostgreSQL. We utilize modern CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and Google Cloud services to develop microservices in a dynamic, international environment. This position is only for candidates in Poland.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test high-performance microservices using Angular and Java with modern methods and technologies.
• Develop high-quality software aligned with business scale and volatility.
• Set technological trends for the team and the company.
• Own the technical development, long-term planning, and delivery of complex applications across significant business areas.
• Mentor team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of technology, market trends, and standards in software development.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems, especially microservices.
• Practical knowledge of Angular, Java 17+, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Experience automating software delivery processes with CI/CD tools.
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, like PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications is a plus.
• Independence, proactivity, organized work approach.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with Mobile App products is advantageous.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
