Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission on a W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email to visit from home. Territories extend approximately up to 2 hours around your home zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have contacted Sears for estimates on our Home Improvement Products. This is not door-to-door sales.

6. Effective negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
8. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
