Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time, 100% commission position with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K-$80K, with top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role offers excellent compensation with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. This is not door-to-door sales; customers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
