Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K - $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit these from home. Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around the zip code. This position provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers—this is not door-to-door sales, as consumers initiate contact requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.

Responsibilities / Requirements

1. Travel extensively within your local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments.
2. Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.
3. Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs.
4. Proficient in computer use.
5. Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for additional days and hours based on volume and seasonality.
6. Effective contract negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Excellent customer service, listening, influencing skills, and a passion for improving customer lives.
8. Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
