The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales team. This position ensures seamless execution of sales processes, data accuracy in CRM systems, and delivery of actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the sales funnel.
  2. Manage and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline integrity, and automation of key tasks. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.
  3. Design, implement, and scale revenue-generating processes using data and technology to streamline workflows that will improve sales velocity.
  4. Oversee sales forecasting models and deliver accurate, actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic planning.
  5. Support cross-department projects that identify and improve revenue-generating activities.
  6. Effectively communicate complex sales and revenue operations processes, policies, and analytical findings to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and promoting adoption. Educate the sales team on new processes and support onboarding of new sales team members into the CRM.
  7. Collaborate with internal resources and subject matter experts on sales operations tasks to support productivity and efficiency.
  8. Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track KPIs for partnership-generated revenue, partner influence, pipeline health, and referral activities, providing insights for partner program growth.
  9. Support customer-facing teams by analyzing customer lifecycle data, including retention, expansion revenue, churn, and health scores, to identify trends and recommend data-driven strategies.
  10. Refine and optimize processes within Salesforce and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  11. Build and maintain data and reports using Salesforce and Tableau to communicate operational insights.
  12. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in sales support or enablement, preferably in a B2B, high-growth, or SaaS company.
  2. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Analytics. Experience with Tableau is an asset.
  3. Experience analyzing revenue KPIs and creating reports for sales and finance leadership.
  4. Understanding of post-closed-won processes and finance terminology (e.g., billing, collections, revenue recognition).
  5. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a long-term, revenue-focused outlook.
