Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or similar role in a B2B sales environment, preferably in insurance outsourcing.
2. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B service sales, with a focus on outsourcing in the US, UK, or Canada markets.
3. Ability to work from home and report to a Team Lead.
4. US shift timings, 5-day work week.
5. Experience in insurance processes is preferred.

Additional Details:

Post-selection, candidates will undergo formalities, induction, and a 15-day training program in Udaipur.
