The Role: Entry-Level Recruiter Hourly Staffing

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing team. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles using various digital platforms and communication tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring we meet staffing demands quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job listings using ATS tools (such as EPAY and HiringThing)
  • Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
  • Communicate with applicants via phone and text using Dialpad
  • Recruit and assess candidates for hourly roles (cooks, dishwashers, catering staff)
  • Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and compliance
  • Respond promptly to urgent and emergency staffing requests
  • Work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs
  • Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future assignments

About You

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service (internships welcomed)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident using ATS platforms and messaging tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in a remote work environment
  • Clear, neutral English accent is essential
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset
  • Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus
  • Must have own IT equipment (laptop, internet, headset)
