  7. Ability to quickly grasp concepts and improve on existing ones.
  8. Analyze risks of defects and bugs on the schedule and project timelines.

  13. Able to provide feedback and suggestions on improving existing systems in a professional manner.
  14. Meet deadlines with minimal turnaround time.
  15. Regularly checking and contributing to conversations happening in either Discord, Notion, email, Slack, and JIRA.
  16. Report to Producers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators a condensed/digestible state of the bugs in the array of the different Nightdive projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Ego-free, highly motivated, action-oriented, curious learn-it-all with a growth mindset.
  2. Strive for superior performance.
  3. Comfort operating in ambiguous and unregimented environments.
  4. Ability to learn and consistently use JIRA for keeping track of upcoming launches.
