Job summary

TheKey is hiring PT/FT caregivers in Monterey, CA and nearby areas. Must be willing to travel to Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove. Earn top pay rates up to $22/hour and enjoy steady shifts, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits.

As a caregiver you’ll provide 1:1 in-home support including personal care, light housekeeping and transportation, with daily opportunities for companionship. We value compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance with obtainment available).
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
