Role Description

We are looking for a talented Proposal Writer to join our team in Poland. The Proposal Writer will collaborate with Sales Executives, Account Managers, and subject matter experts within Kyriba to craft responses to solicitations, requests for proposals, requests for information, and other inquiries that will directly contribute to revenue generation for Kyriba.

  • Maintain and moderate a library of proposal responses.
  • Work against deadlines to complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop best practices to help increase proposal win rates.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Escalate appropriately when multiple tasks or projects conflict or responses seem inaccurate.
  • Request responses from senior team members politely and professionally.
  • Train on the application's capacities and functionalities to stay updated with product enhancements.
  • Organize data efficiently for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in treasury, finance, or within the treasury industry in consulting firms.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in written responses across numerous documents.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressures.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
