Apr 27, 2025 - EIS Group, Inc. is hiring a remote Program Director. Location: France.
The Program Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of the EIS Suite implementation for our customer(s). In this role, the Program Director will oversee all aspects of the implementation, including client and partner relationships, contractual and financial management, and overall delivery of EIS Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships related to the delivery of EIS services during the implementation of the EIS Suite.
- Oversee the delivery of implementation services, ensuring quality and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with the System Integration (SI) Partner to ensure compliance with EIS standards and optimal use of software capabilities.
- Advise both the customer and SI partner on delivery best practices to meet functional and non-functional needs.
- Manage contractual activities, including collaboration on Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Handle financial management, including billing, collections, and profit and loss oversight.
- Guide the project team and customer using business acumen to deliver efficient solutions.
- Maintain professional, client-focused behavior to foster lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with EIS Product, Technology, and Operations teams to identify solutions using existing configuration mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities to expand EIS software relationships, including new products or broader organizational footprint.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise implementations.
- Experience leading large insuretech programs with insurance domain expertise, managing multimillion-dollar projects.
- Effective management of onshore/offshore models.
- Ability to understand complex business processes.
- Strong consultative and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent French language skills, both written and oral.
- Willingness to travel approximately < 25%, domestically and internationally.
