Job description

Alliance Industrial has partnered with a longstanding company in the Akron market. We are seeking associates interested in a long-term career involving paint and varnish. Associates will be cross-trained into various departments, providing opportunities to learn and become valuable team members.

Production Associates Pay and Shift

• $18/hr

Overtime is available but not always scheduled. The workweek is 40 hours.

1st Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Duties:

• Cleaning large drums/tanks
• Using chemicals to mix paint and varnish
• Using chemicals to clean drums/tanks
• Cross-training to label, code, and package products for shipping
• Lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Proper PPE must be worn
• Safety glasses provided
• Steel-toed boots required
• Use of a respirator in most departments
