Job description

Alliance Industrial has partnered with a longstanding company in the Akron market. We are looking for associates interested in a long-term career involving paint and varnish. Associates will be cross-trained in different departments, providing opportunities to learn and become valuable team members.

Production Associates Pay and Shift

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Work Week: 40 hours, with available overtime (not always scheduled)

Production Associate Job Duties

1. Cleaning large drums/tanks
2. Using chemicals to mix paint and varnish
3. Using chemicals to clean drums/tanks
4. Cross-training to label, code, and package products for shipping
5. Lifting up to 50 lbs

Production Associate Requirements

1. Wearing proper PPE
2. Safety glasses supplied
3. Steel-toed boots required
4. Use of a respirator in most departments
