Cheer Home Care, LLC in San Diego North County is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, provide transportation to appointments, and help with light housekeeping and meal prep.

We offer hourly pay between $20 and $23, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and 4-, 6-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts. A 24/7 office team supports you to ensure dignity, respect, and safety for clients.

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Providing transportation for medical appointments and outings
• Engaging clients in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being
• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering support for those with specialized needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care

Requirements:

• Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care
• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
• Must have a smartphone with internet access
