At Rillet, we’re changing the way high-growth companies make financial decisions. Our goal is to make zero day close a reality. No more reporting 10 days after quarter end, report day ZERO. Rillet is a next-gen accounting platform purpose built to automate end-to-end accounting workflows. In practical terms, information from CRM, billing, AP, payroll, etc. is synced instantaneously with Rillet, and 93% of journal entries are booked without human intervention. CEO, CFO, and finance teams can finally focus on making impactful financial decisions, while leaving Rillet run the numbers.
Rillet’s an early stage startup with a big vision. We raised $38.5m from Sequoia, First Round Capital, Creandum and Susa Ventures. We're looking for people with passion and grit who strive for excellence.
Rillet seeks our first strategic and driven partnership leader to establish and scale our partnership function. As the first hire in this area, you will develop and execute our end-to-end partner strategy, shaping how we engage with system integrators, accounting advisors, technology partners, and other strategic relationships. This highly visible, cross-functional role will play a critical part in accelerating Rillet’s growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead Rillet’s partnership strategy across key partner categories, including system integrators, accounting advisors, and technology platforms.
  2. Expand and deepen existing partnerships while proactively identifying and cultivating new opportunities that align with company goals.
  3. Represent Rillet at in-person partner events and industry conferences across the U.S. to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  4. Design and implement scalable processes for partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and sales—to align on partner priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  6. Gather and synthesize partner feedback to inform roadmap decisions and enhance partner-market fit.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related initiatives and communications.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, and/or accounting.
  2. Prior experience in strategic partnerships or sourcing within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-impact relationships with external stakeholders.
  4. Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while delivering measurable results.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external executive audiences.
  6. Willingness to travel domestically 1–2 times monthly for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
