The Opportunity with McKinstry:

We are currently seeking an Associate Account Executive Fellow to join our growing Energy Team in Texas.

You're great at:

Business Development

  • Understanding regulatory requirements impacting our business and interpreting how it affects services to enable a more effective sales process.
  • Developing strategic partnerships with influential customer accounts through regular contact.
  • Leading project management for trade shows, conferences, and events, including managing vendors, logistics, staffing, and reporting such as ROI analysis, lead generation, and future event planning.
  • Collaborating with Account Executive I to coordinate duties like customer service, proposal development, customer acquisition, and project start-up including contracts.
  • Partnering with Brand Services for RFPs and RFQs, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
  • Developing business acumen of verticals, geographic areas, and sales strategies.
Client Relations
  • Being results-driven, action-oriented, and passionate about customer impact.
  • Supporting customers on financial, contractual, and technical issues.
  • Developing consultative relationships with clients.
  • Utilizing McKinstry's tools to support customer strategies.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; SharePoint preferred.
  • Strong business writing and editing skills for proposals.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure or facility management.
  • Five years' experience in marketing, communications, project management, engineering, or related roles, preferably in construction or professional services.

The pay range for this position is $69,300 - $103,930 per year, with potential bonuses and full benefits. Pay may vary based on experience and location.
