Position: Entry Level Hotel Reservation Agent (Fully Remote, Must Live in Phoenix Area)

Job Description:

1. Inbound call center operations
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
3. Book hotel reservations
4. Provide excellent customer service

Details:

Location: Fully remote (must reside in Phoenix area)

Pay: $17.00/hr + bonus potential ($200-$400/month), $50/month Wi-Fi contribution, all equipment provided

Hours: Must have open schedule, including weekends. Three shift options available:

• PM shift: 12pm - 12am, Monday to Sunday (8 hours)
• Two days off consecutively during the week
