Hiring now PT Direct Service Professionals

Lilly Mae Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (LMSIDD) is an Ohio-based agency providing residential services for individuals in our surrounding counties with developmental disabilities. We seek mature, experienced individuals in the field of home maker personal care services and community inclusion. Applicants must be reliable and self‑motivated. The impact you can have on our individuals’ lives in their homes and in the community, particularly in these times, is immeasurable.

We offer part‑time flexible opportunities with little hours required for transportation and community engagement. Immediate part‑time openings are available for candidates with a valid driver license for taking individuals outside the home. Up to 40 hours per week may be possible if qualified and able to coordinate schedules. Flexible short shifts are also available for those who prefer part‑time or full‑time elsewhere. We also provide transportation opportunities, requiring a 3‑year driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning tasks – sweeping, mopping, and cleaning mirrors/ interior windows.
• Bathing assistance.
• Assistance with required health equipment (wheel chair, colostomy bags, walkers and other equipment for walking assistance).
• Administering medicine based on client requirements.
• Verifying safety requirements – extinguishers and alarms in place, fire drill execution.
• Non‑medical transportation – grocery, appointments, social events, to or from day support.
• Chaperoning during community outings (Hamilton County, Clermont County).
• Verify all expected activities in the individuals’ service plans are documented as completed or otherwise noted.
• Timely reporting of daily service plan deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extremely dependable and self-motivated.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, proof of insurance, and drivers abstract.
• At least 6 months experience in the field of home maker personal care working with individuals with developmental disabilities. References required.
• Pass background check requested by BCI and FBI.
• Proof of current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Review of responsibilities and confidence in ability to deliver.

Bonuses

• $50 referral bonus (currently $300 available) for applicants who meet sustained employment criteria.
• $50 bonus after 6 months and 12 months full‑time employment or equivalent hours.
• Reimbursement of certain processing fees pending meeting employment duration requirements.
