What you will do

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the economic performance of your assigned product, focusing on maximizing results and ensuring profitability.
  • Define and monitor key economic indicators like revenue, CAC, and LTV.
  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals, including setting OKRs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and refine the product's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRO teams to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including post-launch evolution and innovation.
  • Apply strategic frameworks like Design Thinking to prioritize initiatives.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategy.
  • Lead user and market research to inform product improvements.

Requirements

What will make you stand out:

  • At least 5+ years of experience managing mobile applications, especially with subscription and ad monetization models.
  • Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, growth hacking, and product positioning.
  • Experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Knowledge of the utility mobile app sector and familiarity with AI, ML, APIs, etc.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.) and marketing tools (Google Ads, App Annie, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
