We're looking for a creative and reliable Marketing & Content Specialist to join early and help build a marketing engine that can scale. This is not just about posting content — it’s about helping us create a winning formula we can refine and repeat.

What You'll Do:
• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Write ad copy and design basic visuals using tools like Canva
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Midjourney) to speed up content production
• Track and report weekly on ad and content performance
• Document how marketing tasks are done to create a repeatable system
• Collaborate with the founder to test and refine our growth engine

You're a Great Fit If You:
• Create content that builds trust and drives sales
• Can write, edit, and design like a brand
• Are fluent in Arabic and English
• Are organized, fast, and detail-oriented
• Have run social media pages and ad campaigns
• Love testing and improving systems
• Are open to travel/work abroad in 6–12 months

Bonus Points:
• Familiar with B2C, startups, or business services
• Interested in entrepreneurship or digital businesses
• Can shoot/edit simple videos or guide others to do it
