Job Description

Our manufacturing operations planning team develops work instructions, tooling requirements, and implements changes to existing and future products based on released engineering data.

Responsibilities
  • Incorporate engineering changes using client systems, policies, and procedures; coordinate with change management and manufacturing teams.
  • Use CAD systems to analyze tooling needs and participate in design and evaluation of aircraft assemblies.
  • Support factory floor operations to ensure timely and accurate updates to production orders.
  • Reconcile engineering and manufacturing bills of material to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and industrial engineering to optimize build sequences for major assemblies.
  • Understand assembly processes and tooling requirements.
  • Provide responsive support to manufacturing floor issues, including problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in client ERP software, preferably 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), and SAP.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and digital product definitions (CAD, GD&T).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly.
  • Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning and hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
