McDonald's is looking for a dependable Maintenance/Custodian Team Member to help keep our restaurant clean and functioning properly. The role involves interior and exterior cleaning, basic maintenance, and supporting restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance/Custodian Team Member assists restaurant management in maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working condition.
• The restaurant will provide the tools and training needed to succeed.
• Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: filtering fryer oil daily; maintaining the restaurant’s exterior grounds; cleaning restaurant equipment; cleaning interior and exterior windows; cleaning stockrooms and restrooms; unloading delivery trucks approximately twice per week; removing trash and emptying the trash compactor; replacing light bulbs; cleaning HVAC and exhaust units; removing debris from the roof; completing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks; reporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management; following workplace safety and food safety procedures

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.
