Job summary

DirectShifts is seeking a part-time Medical-Legal Mental Health Therapist to conduct virtual visits for Personal Injury cases. The role focuses on establishing therapeutic techniques and coping mechanisms to improve health outcomes.

Requirements include 3–5+ years of mental health experience, CA licensure in good standing, and telehealth proficiency. The position is an independent contractor, remote within the United States, with EMR documentation and strong interpersonal skills essential.

As a Medical-Legal Mental Health Therapist will conduct a virtual visit to treat Personal Injury cases. This position will also establish therapeutic techniques and coping mechanisms to improve health and outcomes.

License Required:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Qualification:

• 3 to 5+ years mental health experience (personal injury/workers’ comp experience bonus)
• Unrestricted, good standing and current CA licensure
