The role supports telehealth sessions, notes, case reviews, and ongoing professional development, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year. Candidates must hold an active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) and have two+ years of therapy experience, with the ability to connect with clients remotely.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000-120,000 per year

We are looking for licensed therapists in California to work with adults and families through virtual appointments. Clients may come to therapy for stress, relationship concerns, major changes at home or work, or other issues that are affecting how they feel and function day to day. You will spend most of your time in sessions, with additional time for notes, case review, and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy by video
• Get familiar with each client's concerns, background, and reasons for starting therapy
• Use your training and experience to guide sessions in a way that fits the case
• Keep clinical notes clear, complete, and up to date

• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
