Qualifications

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing–accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of care.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

• Implement individualized plans of care using sound clinical judgment.
• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
• Prepare, administer, and document commonly prescribed medications.
• Monitor and report adverse medication reactions to the RN.

• Perform all skills and procedures within the LPN scope of practice.
• Ensure professional interactions with clients, families, and team members.

Immediate Need - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

BrightStar Care is urgently seeking compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and/or with Bowel and Bladder experience in the Bluffton, SC area and are willing to travel to Beaufort or Hilton Head Island area. What You’ll Do

• Ensure professional, respectful interactions with clients, families, and team members
• Uphold HIPAA standards and protect client confidentiality
• Stay organized and focused while managing assigned tasks
