Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating care with physicians and pharmacies, maintaining medical records, and developing individualized healthcare plans.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Training or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will oversee and support the healthcare needs of individuals receiving services. This position includes providing training, mentoring, and ongoing education to both new hires and current employees to ensure high-quality care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities
