Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior/Lead Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting inquiries into sales. Your communication skills and enthusiasm will be key in representing KonfHub and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads of potential clients
  • Reach out via phone and email to introduce KonfHub’s offerings
  • Conduct product demos and virtual presentations
  • Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
  • Maintain a well-documented CRM to track interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development (preferably SaaS products or event tech)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a persuasive approach
