What you are accountable for:
The IT Systems Administrator is an integral part of the IT/Operations department that requires a commitment to customer service through quality, courtesy, technical expertise, and teamwork. You will be accountable for ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our IT environment while aligning with industry security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and GDPR compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our IT infrastructure, enforcing security policies, and driving operational excellence.
