Key requirements:
  1. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  4. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  5. Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems/requests
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and email communication
  7. Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and generate reports
  8. Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment


Responsibilities:
  1. CRM leads management, analysis and follow-up
  2. Partner Program quarterly results management, analysis and follow-up
  3. Distributors events: promo creation and follow-up, checking lists of participants, event feedback and improvements to increase sales and leads
  4. Ajax events: leads qualification/tracking and participants follow-up
  5. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business and referrals
  6. Development of an incentive program for KA according to the sales growth plan
  7. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company's solutions
  8. Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated by other sales channels
  9. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements
  10. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise
  12. Provide regular updates to the management on performance and progress
  13. Managing and maintaining a database of all sales data (orders, payments, forecasts, performance, BDMs call cycles)
  14. Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up
  15. Prepare proposals and other sales-related materials
  16. Coordinate sales events demonstrations and presentations
  17. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and efficiency to maximize productivity and results
  18. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
