May 18, 2025 - Enablecomp is hiring a remote Implementation Project Manager. Location: USA.

Position Summary

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration for clients into our high-performance product suite. The role involves managing activities related to new client implementations and internal initiatives, planning, executing, and coordinating onboarding activities, and managing timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and communication of critical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support implementation of core service offerings, data integration, and requirement gathering.
  2. Work directly with clients to review project status, address action items, and resolve issues.
  3. Consult with clients to identify solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to manage tasks related to client implementations.
  5. Manage change and set realistic client expectations.
  6. Maintain real-time project status updates using online project management tools.
  7. Establish and manage aggressive timelines, confronting critical-path items and deadlines.
  8. Provide weekly/monthly reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
  9. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in implementation or technical project management within healthcare.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in physician office settings, including workflow and process knowledge, is a plus.
  • Extensive familiarity with payer or provider healthcare data sets is required.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and technical systems, including cloud-based document sharing and support ticketing software.
  • Knowledge of extended medical terminology.
  • Equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
