Base Pay Rate: $19.10 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

1. 12 Hour Shift 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
2. Day shift/Night Shift
3. Monday to Friday availability
4. Weekend availability
5. Self-determined schedule
6. Differentials available

Care Delivery:

To provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Help with general light housekeeping.
