We’re building the future of the creator economy — and now we’re expanding to build the best platform for brands to connect with creators through brand deals, affiliate, and gifting campaigns. We're looking for a passionate, scrappy, and visionary sales leader to join us at this exciting stage and help scale the Beacons for Brands business line.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales, Brands to lead the growth of our brand partnerships function. You’ll be our first senior hire focused on brand revenue, responsible for executing high-impact brand deals, building and leading a brand sales and customer success team, and collaborating cross-functionally with product and marketing to make Beacons the go-to platform for brands wanting to work with creators.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role — you’ll be both executing as an individual contributor at first and building the GTM playbook to scale our brand revenue engine over time.
Grow and Retain Brand Customers: Drive quality and quantity of brand partnerships across brand deals, affiliate, and gifting campaigns.
Revenue Generation: Build a portfolio of brands spending $1m on the Beacons platform within your first year.
Beacons Brand Evangelism: Establish Beacons as a known and trusted player in the influencer, affiliate, and performance marketing ecosystem.
Strategic Partner: Influence product and marketing strategies based on brand-side needs, customer feedback, and market dynamics
Identify, pitch, and close brand deals; manage top-of-funnel brand acquisition.
Build and manage brand relationships post-sale; ensure onboarding success.
Diagnose and fix inefficiencies across the brand acquisition and activation funnel.
Define and execute Beacons’ GTM playbook for brands.
Manage relationships across affiliate, gifting, and direct brand deals.
Partner closely with product and marketing to advocate for brand customers and improve the platform.
Eventually build and lead a revenue-focused Brand Partnerships team (Sales and CS).
Establish strategic partnerships to grow the brand side of the business at scale.
Shape Beacons' broader brand strategy and help Beacons become the platform of choice for brands working with creators.
Strong network of brand and agency contacts — ready to unlock meetings and deals immediately.
8+ years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
Experience building and leading sales processes — from strategy to execution.
Comfortable executing IC work but senior enough to build and lead a team.
Strategic thinker with a scrappy, resourceful, and highly organized execution style.
Proven track record of driving revenue quickly and sustainably.
Strategic thinker who sees flywheels, not just funnels.
Product and customer-centric: actively shape our brand-facing platform.
Excited to build from the ground up — no playbook? No problem.
Results-driven but mission-oriented.
Experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing platforms, or performance marketing.
Prior experience taking a product from 0 → 1 or scaling a new GTM motion.
Former founder or "founder mentality" mindset: scrappy, entrepreneurial, and ownership-driven.
Tech-forward: excited about using AI and automation to work smarter.
Strong internal communicator and highly collaborative cross-functional partner.
You'll be key architect in building Beacons for Brands from the ground up.
Work directly with the founders and leadership team.
