• Leading complex efforts with minimal supervision.

Location: 100% remote

Shift: 1830 to 0330 hours IST

Type: FTE

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Related Fields or equivalent experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows / UNIX OS / Active Directory
• 5+ years of Identity Access Management experience Provisioning, Deprovisioning, Recertification controls
• Aptitude to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision
• Reliable time management and organization skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Demonstrates the ability to convey technical findings in simple language
• Proactive mindset and actions; willingness to do heavy lifting without taking shortcuts
• Capability to adapt to new and changing environment and handle multiple priorities, including to learn quickly
• Experience in creating trending, metrics, and management reports
• Preferred Certifications - Related Security Certification preferred
