Irontown Modular is looking for Construction Crew Members who can follow instruction given to them by their Exterior Lead. The crew members should be ready to grow with our company. Full time position. 1 year experience required. We focus on single and multi-family high-quality modular homes with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building. Must be able to work well with others at a fast pace. Must have own bags and hand tools.

Come and work in our Factory where the weather is not snowing, or too hot, or raining!

Come and work in our Factory and not have to travel from site to site!

Come and work in our Factory and be guaranteed at least 40 hours per week!

Come and work in our Factory Monday-Thursday and have 3-day weekends to work on personal projects or be with family!

Requirements:

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Required to take direction from crew Lead.
• Need to be efficient and take pride in work given to do by Lead.
• Any experience in flashing and waterproofing a plus. Roofing, siding, windows, doors, will be required.
• Open communication daily with Lead on where you are on a particular job.
• Work within the construction Factory will be your main focus, unless needed to travel out of town (which will be rare).
• Bring your experience and can-do attitude to our team.
• Be willing to step up and show that you are motivated and a self-starter sharing any relevant experience you may have in the trade.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.
• BuilderTrend knowledge a plus.
  
  

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour.
