Hiring Exterior Construction Crew Members

Description

Irontown Modular is seeking Construction Crew Members to follow instructions from their Exterior Lead. We are looking for individuals eager to grow with our company. This is a full-time position requiring at least 1 year of experience. Our focus is on high-quality modular homes for single and multi-family projects, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment and have their own bags and hand tools.

Enjoy working in our Factory, where weather conditions are controlled—no snow, extreme heat, or rain!

Benefits include: working in a single location, guaranteed at least 40 hours per week, and a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday) with 3-day weekends for personal projects or family time.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow directions from the crew Lead effectively.
2. Be efficient and take pride in your work.
3. Experience in flashing and waterproofing is a plus; roofing, siding, windows, and doors installation will be required.
4. Maintain open communication with the Lead about your progress.
5. Focus mainly on factory work unless travel is needed, which is rare.
6. Bring your experience and proactive attitude to the team.
7. Be willing to step up as a motivated, self-starting team member.
8. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.
9. Knowledge of BuilderTrend is a plus.
