TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Florida City and surrounding areas. Top pay rates start at $15 per hour with flexible schedules and daily/weekly pay options.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping for aging adults in their homes. Applicants must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, an active CNA/HHA/PCA certificate, a valid driver's license, and a background check per state requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals


• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support


• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands


• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
