TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas, offering top pay and meaningful work in a growing home care field.

You will assist clients 1:1 with personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation inside their homes, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to promote well-being.
• Assist with mobility support and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
