Job summary

TheKey, LLC is hiring caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Earn top pay rates up to $22 per hour with flexible shifts—days, evenings, weekends and overnights—and options for full-time or part-time work.

Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, mobility support and transportation inside clients' homes. As an employer of choice, we offer weekly pay with optional daily pay, mileage reimbursement and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
