Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in a growing industry.

Positions available include full-time and part-time with shift options across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Responsibilities include 1:1 personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. Must have caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care, dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Providing companionship, social engagement, activities and emotional support.
• Transporting clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping including cleaning, laundry and organizing.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
