Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Implement personalized weekly care plans
• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal prep
• Transport clients to appointments as needed
• Complete documentation and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

To Get Started You Will Need:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle
• Weekend availability (at least one day or every other weekend)
• TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray
• Basic Computer Skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
