Sunstates Security in Dallas, TX is seeking proactive Security Officers for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. A Texas Level II license and reliable transport are required, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour and weekly payroll.

Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers on Tuesday October 27, 2026 from 10:00AM - 2:00PM.

Meet with Hiring Managers to explore Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Dallas, Texas area. Various days and shifts are available with a pay range of $17.00 - $19.00/hr, with weekly pay. (Please keep in mind that the pay rate will depend on the position and site offered.)

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
