Job summary

Sunstates Security in Frisco, Texas is hiring Security Officers for various shifts. You will perform access control, badge verification, and daily interaction with executives and visitors in a professional corporate setting.

Must hold an Active Texas Level II Security License and be capable of CPR/AED emergency response. Positions require walking/standing for extended periods, willingness to work holidays and weekends, and ability to work in different weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have White Glove Customer Service experience.
• Must be able to work in a professional corporate environment.
• Active Texas Level II Security License required or in hand.

Responsibilities

• Access control and badge verification.
• Visitor management and interaction with employees and guests.
• Active safety and security patrols (interior and exterior).
• CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Incident response and report writing.
• Emergency response including CPR/AED assistance when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, executives, and visitors.

Meet with Hiring Managers to explore Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Frisco, Texas area. Various days and shifts are available with a pay range of $18.00 - $22.66/hr, with weekly pay. {Please keep in mind that the pay rate will depend on the site/position that you are offered}

Job Requirements

• White Glove Customer Service is a must.
• Must have an Active Texas Level II Security License in hand.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Current CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to work in a professional corporate environment.
• Military experience preferred.
• Law enforcement experience preferred.
• Corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience highly desired
• Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.

These positions support a professional corporate environment, and it involves daily interaction with executives, employees, clients, and visitors, selected candidates must be able to meet established appearance standards.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
