As a Mobile Associate, you will work as part of a retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote our brand, and develop your skills with potential for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers online and in-store, exploring their needs, and demonstrating products.
• Providing personalized solutions and educating customers on device and service options.
• Using digital tools to showcase network coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
• Building relationships with customers and team members, resolving issues, and identifying small business leads.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong desire to learn and connect with customers.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail experience preferred.
• Confidence, teamwork skills, and the ability to balance customer service with performance goals.
