Job Description: Production Machine Operator

Golden State Foods is seeking motivated individuals to fill Production Machine Operator positions at our Burleson, TX facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:

To properly operate equipment from a safety, quality and efficient perspective, while maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production and warehouse equipment Work efficiently to ensure production quotas and quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards Handle inventory, packing, and logistics tasks as assigned Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and stand for extended periods Ability to work in extreme heat/cold and damp, wet, humid, slippery environments Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment, including:

• W25-1 & 2, Cryovac, L24, BIB, 12-up fillers, and 6-up fillers

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production is preferred Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability are a must!
