Signature HealthCARE South Louisville is seeking an attentive and licensed nurse leader to deliver high-quality patient care at our 100-bed facility in Louisville, KY. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and help drive exceptional care outcomes with a servant-hearted team.

Join a culture focused on learning, development, and compassionate care. Must hold an active KY nursing license and CPR certification; prior SNF experience is a plus.

Formación

• Active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

How you Will make a difference

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Possess and Active Nursing license in the state of residence
• Current/active CPR Certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
