Job summary

Brillfy Technology Inc in Staunton, VA is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to manage enterprise software packaging, patch deployment, and endpoint security for our corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM or Intune, Windows 11, Office 365, imaging, ticketing systems, and vulnerability remediation. This hybrid role requires 3 onsite days (Tue-Thu) and webcam interview process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with focus on Windows endpoint management.
• 5+ years in Windows 11, Office 365, endpoint management, imaging, and ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software packaging and patch deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for patch failures.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications to Windows endpoints.
• Manage Windows and third-party software patches and updates.
• Troubleshoot failed deployments and endpoint configuration issues.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and support remediation activities.
• Maintain endpoint security baselines and technical documentation.

Role Overview

• 6+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Windows 11, Office 365, endpoint management, workstation imaging, and ticketing systems
