Apr 14, 2025 - Assistantly is hiring a remote Customer Success Specialist. Salary: competitive pay above market rates. Location: Colombia.

Whether you’re supporting customers through email/chat, onboarding clients, or managing long-term success, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Depending on Client Needs):

  1. Handle incoming support requests via email, chat, or phone, ensuring timely resolution
  2. Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and proactive solutions
  3. Manage client accounts, ensuring retention and growth
  4. Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup and usage
  5. Monitor and report customer metrics (NPS, churn, CSAT, etc.)
  6. Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and improvements
  7. Document processes and FAQs for internal knowledge base
  8. Upsell or renew client contracts as needed (for Account Management roles)

Requirements

  1. 2+ years in customer service, account management, or client success roles
  2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  3. Empathetic, solution-focused, and detail-oriented approach
  4. Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities
  5. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients or customers
  6. Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset
  7. Previous experience with remote tools and CRM platforms

Tools You Might Use (Depending on Client Needs):

  1. CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, Pipedrive, or similar
  2. Helpdesk: Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Intercom, HelpScout
  3. Messaging & Support: Slack, Zoom, Loom, Gmail, Google Meet
  4. Collaboration & Docs: Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, Trello
  5. Survey & Customer Feedback: Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms

Time Commitment & Schedule:

  1. Full-Time or Part-Time (depending on client)
  2. Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (Exact schedule TBD per client)
