The Role

This customer-facing role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to design, scope, develop, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions. Success means meeting targets, staying on schedule, and impressing customers. Transparency, clear goals, regular check-ins, and celebrating wins are key.

What you will do
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage accounts, drive adoption, retention, and growth. Build trust, understand goals, and ensure platform value. Responsibilities include:
    • Engage proactively to align platform with customer needs
    • Guide product adoption through training and collaboration
    • Manage expectations, conduct reviews, and track progress
    • Use data to monitor health and mitigate risks
    • Handle renewals and expansion opportunities
    • Contribute insights to product planning
  • Lead Implementations: Oversee deployment of Salesforce modules, document outcomes, manage testing and deployment, and coordinate teams to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Use data to derive insights, measure success, and optimize. Monitor KPIs like usage and churn risk, leverage Salesforce and Jira, and utilize AI tools for performance improvements.

Requirements

Experience:
    • 6+ years as a Salesforce Consultant with customer interaction, technical account management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software consulting.
    • 3+ years with quote-to-cash processes and platforms like CPQ, billing, and subscriptions.
    • 3 years in agile project management.
    • Experience facilitating workshops and business reviews.
    • Experience leveraging AI to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
