The Customer Operations Partner position focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key customers. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their customer support skills while gaining business and operational exposure.

As the main contact for high-value senders, this role offers a chance to develop analytical skills by overseeing daily activities for strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking on multiple high-priority projects.

What You’ll Do
  1. Manage projects and implementations for strategic Roadie partners, utilizing project management skills to ensure success.
  2. Oversee daily deliverables for each assigned account, including compliance with gig-specific Service Level Agreements.
  3. Promote retention and customer success through high-quality service.
  4. Build strong relationships with account stakeholders, including corporate and field users.
  5. Create and analyze reports on assigned accounts, sharing findings with key stakeholders.
  6. Prioritize and escalate issues and trends collaboratively to ensure account success.
  7. Develop expertise in how Roadie’s systems and resources operate to promote positive customer outcomes.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with customer account tools (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate, enterprise, and SMB customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with comfort navigating uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products.
