Location: Remote – UK/ EU

Job Type: Full time / contract is fine.

Job Summary:

Looking for candidates with 5 plus years of experience in Communication and Coordination to work with program director/manager as communication lead.

The position requires strong communication, coordination, follow-ups, and proficiency in Office tools and SharePoint. We seek an individual who excels in both written and oral communications.

Years of Experience Needed: 5+ years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

1. Drive the execution of planned communication deliverables across multiple initiatives with guidance from the MoC team manager and MoC Communications Lead (e.g., HPE SC adoption email initiatives, release email communications, internal newsletters), including collaboration with external vendors.
2. Content creation, review, and editing for written communications (i.e., email, newsletter) and presentations (PPT).
3. Responsible for posting and managing content on program resources SharePoint and HPE Seismic sales content repository.
4. Collect and report key metrics from MoC related deliverables (i.e., SharePoint views, document downloads, open rates, click-through rates).
5. Manage request/scheduling/fulfillment process for HPE Support Center demos for both internal and external audiences.
6. Event management planning and preparation: scheduling, content, presenters, and results tracking.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools.
2. Solid writing and editing skills – peer or manager edits may be needed.
3. Organization and project/program management skills.
4. Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.
5. Solid knowledge and understanding of communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles. Familiarity with HPE brand and tools is a plus.
6. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SmartSheet.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to manage and influence virtual teams.
10. Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
